Trado operates 24 hours a day. Trado provides flexibility that other shipping companies don't. No racing the clock to get a delivery out during business hours-The Trado app allows you to request deliveries on your time- day or night. Our customer support is available 24/7 to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.

The choice is yours! Trado drivers provide different levels of service that will be determined when you set up your delivery. If you'd like your driver to bring your item inside, choose the white glove delivery option. Prices may vary for different levels of delivery service.

This will vary depending on how much room the items take up, the value of the item and its weight. Five grocery bags will be priced differently than 5 chairs.

Trado vehicles come in all shapes, color and sizes. Once your shipment is confirmed, you'll see a photo of the vehicle and license plate number for your driver.

Your items will be delivered when and where you want them. Trado drivers will drop off your items at your request, though we strongly recommend having someone available to receive them, especially for higher value items. Trado is not responsible for missing items once your driver scans your QR code and confirms delivery through the app.

Our drivers are trained to handle your items with care, but accidents can still happen. We recommend that items are inspected upon receipt and any issues with your delivery be reported immediately. Your items are insured through Trado while in transit. Our customer support team is always available to help resolve issues such as this.
